Kelly Osbourne has been released from hospital five days after suffering a seizure.

The 28-year-old presenter was rushed to Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles on Thursday following the health scare on the set of Fashion Police.

'Kelly has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor,' her spokesperson told E! News in a statement.

She took to Twitter after being discharged to praise her medical team and share her delight at being back in her own home.

'Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees@CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!' she tweeted.

While there was speculation epilepsy may have been the cause of her collapse, it seems doctors were not able to determine exactly what happened.

'There are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual,' her rep adds.

On Monday, her mother Sharon Osbourne, 60, said: 'She's on medications. Nobody knows why she had it - can't figure out a reason why - but she is fine, and naughty.'
