She's one of the most beautiful models in the world, and has starred in campaigns for clients from Calvin Klein to Marks & Spencer.

And now Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has revealed the secret to her incredible figure - drinking eight glasses of water a day.

The 25-year-old beauty credited Dr Batmanghelidj's book You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty! Water For Health, For Healing, For Life for helping maintain her slim shape, as well as her clear and radiant complexion.

Tweeting a picture of the publication, Rosie wrote: 'A brilliant book I'm reading. We always knew water was good for us. Now discover why. Have you had your 8 glasses today??! #naturesmedicine #getdrinking #8aday #water #simple #safe #free #effective.'

And the effects of the plan are clearly paying off for the British model, who showed off her enviable figure in a pair of bleached denims with a peach top and heels as she lunched at the Soho House in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Rosie is certainly bringing her unique British style to Los Angeles, where she spends a lot of her time with boyfriend Jason Statham.

After attending the Burberry show during the recent London Fashion Week, Rosie said of the different styles between the English capital and LA: 'There's a big difference. People in London are very cool while LA's very laidback and people are in their gym clothes a lot.'

But one person keen to get styling tips from Rosie is former Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively, who waxed lyrical about the model in a recent interview.

Blake, also 25, told Us Weekly: 'She's just perfect looking -- always! She looks so regal and elegant all the time and I love that.

'I love that's she's a young woman who dresses of times past and isn't afraid to dress up. It's really special to be able to celebrate style like that.'
