Nick Grimshaw's Radio 1 Breakfast Show is normally a little chaotic at the best of times.

But, the party-loving host was particularly excited on Thursday morning as he tried to raise money for Comic Relief.

The 28-year-old proved he was a man of his word as he, Nick, Dev, Scott Mills and Sara Cox all stripped to swimwear after they raised £10,000.

Ahead of the challenge Nick tweeted: 'Myself, @sarajcox, @dev_101 and @gregjames will get nakey nakey for you if we get 10 GRAND! Text HELP to 70005 nowwwwww'.

After giving internet viewers an early morning glimpse of their beach bodies, Nick and Sara were joined in the studio by X Factor alumni Little Mix and Union J as they put them to the test in The Cinnamon Challenge.

The rival pop bands were charged with eating a tablespoon full of cinnamon as Nick watched and encouraged them to swallow the powder.

Up for Union J was the floppy haired George who struggled to eat the cinnamon and coughed up a cloud of brown powder.

After George ran out of the studio complaining that he had the spice up his nose, Leigh-Anne Pinnock attempted the challenge but also failed.

Lots of celebrity guests were lined up for the show with David Walliams, Kate Moss and many more waiting in the wings.

Grimmy set a target of £20,000 to reach in order to play a new game called Mills On Wheels.

Radio DJ Scott Mills, who is an awful skater, was put in a pair of roller skates and was told that he would be pushed randomly into three masked celebrities.

Whichever person he bumped into he would have to kiss, as Grimmy described 'full on tongue'.

Some of the mystery celebrities would have apparently been desirable for Mills and some would not be, but he would only have to do the challenge if they raised £20,000.

With their target met a blindfolded Scott was pushed by Nick toward the three celebrities which were revealed to be former Olympian Louis Smith, Vanessa Feltz and Union J's Josh.

Unfortunately for Scott he landed on Vanessa and enjoyed a long kiss with her which he described as 'soft' and 'tender'.

The fun didn't stop in the studio as Nick Grimshaw was then told that he would have to overcome one of his worst fears.

The A-Team: David Walliams and Jessie J arrived at the studio to show their support and take part in the show

The Breakfast Show host was told by Jessie J, who had made it down to the studio, that he would be submerged into a bath full of mealworms if they raised £120,000.

Thankfully for Nick lots of friends turned up to empty the trays of mealworms into the bath. Connor Maynard, Jessie J and Union J stood ready.

With the total of £120,000 achieved Nick got in the bath as the celebrities lined up to fill the bath with mealworms.

Grimmy screamed and whined throughout saying: 'Ohhhhhhh. It's horrible! They stink. They absolutely stink! They're biting my ankles.'

He added: 'You have to text now. Text the word HELP now to 70005. They are all over me. It's horrible.'
