Justin Bieber has apologised to fans delaying his London concert by 40 minutes on Monday night.

Many young fans left the city's O2 Arena early this week without seeing their idol, sparking anger among both the devotees and their parents.

But Justin claims he had to start his performance late due to technical issues and was not as late as the two hours some members of the crowd suggested.

However, a source confirms to MailOnline: 'Despite what Justin Bieber claims, he emerged on stage with those flying wings at 10:23pm. So he's still a bit off with his estimation. Regardless, there was a 90 minute gap between Carly [Rae Jepsen]'s set finishing and his starting.'
