He left TOWIE recently after rumours emerged that he'd cheated on girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh, causing him to fall out with best friend Little Chris.
But Mario Falcone made a surprise return at the end of Sunday night's episode, admitting that he had come back to resolve one last issue.
'I've come back because I've got one person I need to sort things out with,' he told Joey Essex as he showed up at his store, alluding to his former friend.

Mario revealed that he'd taken Lucy away for a while to work on their relationship: 'She wanted to get away from everything, all the crap, so we've been away,' he said.
'She's still going to move out and get her own space, but I've realised that nothing even matters apart from me and Lucy,' he added.
He told Joey that everything is now back on track between him and Lucy after the couple were plagued by rumours, but admitted that they'd had a hard time:

'I feel like, last month it was crap, awful, but getting through all that and coming out then it's all better,' he told Joey.
Earlier in the episode Chloe Sims admitted to friend Lauren Pope that she wanted to clear the air with Joey's girlfriend Sam after their awkward dinner last week.
'I want to clear the air with her after that dinner,' she said, breaking down in tears. 'I need to say to Sam look these are the things that have upset me. I don't want the tension, I don't need it.'Â

'Joey turned up round my house in tears, after Mother's Day,' she said. 'As soon as I see anything like that it flashes back to him being a baby, and losing his mum.'
'We've ignored it and now we're playing happy families like everything's fine.'
Meanwhile Gemma and Bobby decided to put their differences behind them after their blow-out argument a few days before.

Gemma got a text from Bobby earlier in the episode, apologising for their argument the week before and asking her to meet him wearing black.
'It's been a hard time and today's the day we go and say goodbye to a really good friend,' said Bobby as he picked her up in his car before taking it to the scrap-yard to get crushed.
The rest of the cast geared up for Joey's shop launch, while Jasmina and Abbi glammed up to go to the dog tracks to pursue new boys Dan and James.

'We're 100% going to walk in there and we're going to get those two,' said a confident Jasmin before they arrived.
After a little flirting the girls managed to bag themselves a double date with the new TOWIE heartthrobs.
'Me and you and those two - we should go on a double date, yeah? We're going as friends with benefits,' said a slightly cocky James.
At Fusey, fashion fanatic Joey made an emotional speech in front of all his friends, telling them how much he loved Sam.
'I met Sam four of five years ago now - when I first kissed I was like yes - now I kiss Sam and It's so special.'
