Lindsay Lohan is facing fresh rumours she's not ready for rehab.
The actress is subject of new reports she was caught drinking hours after she struck a deal to attend rehab in her reckless driving case.
The 26-year-old Mean Girls star was apparently 'knocking back vodka sodas' at the bar of her Beverly Hills hotel after her court hearing on Monday, according to TMZ.

Lohan pleaded no contest at the start of the week to misdemeanour charges of reckless driving and lying to police investigating her June car crash in Santa Monica, California.
She accepted a plea deal to complete 90 days in a stay rehabilitation facility, 30 days of community labour and 18 months of psychiatric treatment.
Shortly after the deal was reached photos surfaced of a woman hiding in the back of an SUV outside of a Los Angeles nightclub purported to be Lindsay.
She immediately issued a denial, writing on Twitter: 'Guys relax, that was NOT me at AV or in the @Mr. Pink SUV. I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead.

'I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day...and ordered sushi to my hotel.'
TMZ claims the actress' night was not as quite as she claimed, however.
She is said not only to have imbibed at the hotel bar that same evening, but was also seen at a San Diego nightclub called FLUXX on Friday night.
The actress was reportedly 'wearing a Yankees cap and a hooded sweatshirt and sat at a VIP table ordering vodka on the rocks all night'.
She has yet to address the claims.
The actress is meanwhile said to be 'p****d' her rehab stint will land over her 27th birthday on July 2.
A source told TMZ her birthday plans involved a party in her native New York with friends and family.

Lindsay was also in rehab when she turned 21.
The latest claims follow an announcement on Thursday the actress has avoided criminal charges in another pending case.
Gloria Allred has revealed Lindsay will not be prosecuted for allegedly punching a patron at a New York City nightclub last November.
A security camera outside the club reportedly captured psychic Tiffany Mitchell falling and sustaining the same injuries she said were caused by Lindsay.
Allred, who is representing the accuser, told the New York Daily News: 'Tiffany is very disappointed that the District Attorney has not decided to prosecute Lindsay Lohan as a result of the incident in New York.
'Tiffany had two witnesses who spoke to the District Attorney and corroborated what Tiffany alleged to have occurred.'

However, Tiffany isn't planning to give up on prosecuting Lindsay completely.
Gloria added: 'Ms. Mitchell is considering all of her legal options in the civil justice system because of what she suffered that night.'
Lindsay's lawyer Mark Heller previously insisted they weren't worried about the case and even joked about the fortune-teller's skills.
He said: 'From my understanding, Lindsay was being approached by a fortune teller who sought to provide a reading to her and she politely said 'I don't want to participate' and declined.
'You would think if [Mitchell] was a fortune teller, she would have been able to see this happening in advance. But obviously her skills weren't that honed.'

Lindsay for the time being appears to be in the clear.
A mandatory sentence of five days in jail in her reckless driving case will be included in her rehab stay, which she will be able to complete in her New York.
She was also found in violation of her probation in a 2011 necklace theft and sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, she will be able to avoid jail time if she complies with the conditions of her plea deal.
