Last year she fell down the stairs at the end of her fashion line launch, but for this Project D show Dannii Minogue was the picture of elegance.
Wearing a blouse from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection Dannii looked radiant as she introduced the outfits from the range - which was inspired by a fairytale and is a collaboration between Project D and Simply Be to introduce plus sizes to their line, ranging from 14-32.
Speaking to the MailOnline the mother-of-one revealed the idea behind this collection was to flatter every body shape.
Simply gorgeous! Dannii shows the best way to promote your range is really to be seen wearing it yourself
'I think it will be really interesting to see how the sales go because there's just not a lot out there and I think the brand has always been about curves and clothing that's flattering, that feels good so you just hope that every woman who orders it and tries it on at home says: 'Great, thank you.'
Wearing her own £195 Cherry Blossom on French Blue blouse with a tight belt, she added: 'It was always our desire to do more sizes but looking for someone knowledgeable in the field to do it the right way - that's where we found the partnership with Simply Be.
Let the top do the talking! Dannii revealed her tiny waist at the Project D launch
Project partners: Dannii and Tabitha Somerset Webb have teamed up with Simply Be for their new collection
'That's their market, they know it. So we've taken some of our favourite shapes and modified them so it fits great, they look great.'
The designs, all drawn up by Dannii, 41, and partner Tabitha Somerset Webb, are all about creating a signature silhouette for women.
On their website it states: 'Our signature silhouettes come in a vibrant colour palette of French and midnight blues, sunflower yellow, jet-blacks, papaya oranges, poppy and vermillion reds and soft antique whites.
From singer to X Factor judge to fashion designer... Danni is a jack of all trades
Smokey eyes: Dannii arrived at the event in a fur lined coat and kept her make-up simple
'Wild cherry blossom prints, celestial and ethereal fairies and carousel horses highlight the collection. Sculptured asymmetric silhouettes combine jet-blacks with flashes of vivid colour.'
Tabitha added to the MailOnline at the launch: 'Simply Be approached us. I think it's a really great thing because it's all about embracing women's shape and it's been really really fun to work with them, we've loved it.
'We've done things that are a first for them, like we've done a strapless dress so it's been quite nice. We've done wrap dresses which they wouldn't normally use. And we've been really pushing them to make maxi dresses longer. So we're bringing our own design feel to them to push their boundaries a bit which has been really fun.
The handbag and accessories designer added: 'We don't take collaborations very lightly because we don't do them very often and it didn't take us long to realise it was a ctually the perfect kind of collaboration between us.'
Wrapping up warm: Dannii's long coat kept her snug as she arrived at the bash - and her stiletto boots were the perfect height for the outfit
And Dannii is ecstatic with the clientele that has been spotted wearing items from their ranges, which launched three years ago in 2010.
Even the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister Pippa Middleton have chosen to sport some of the Project D dresses.
But most recently Dannii, who uses old Hollywood glamour as her main source of inspiration, was proud to see model Miranda Kerr stepping out in another frock from the brand new range.
She added to the MailOnline on Thursday night: 'Last week I saw Miranda Kerr with a gorgeous piece from our spring/summer collection which has dropped in stores now and you know she's Aussie, she's a major, a Victoria's Secret girl.
Lovely ladies: Dannii and Tabitha pose outside the bash after revealing their new designs inside
'I think it was at a Victoria's Secret launch so we've had moments that are just those pinch me moments that are like, 'Oh, come on!' We're only three years old, this shouldn't be happening - it's a lot to live up to.'
Meanwhile former X Factor judge Dannii has announced she will work with Elle MacPherson on the next series of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.
They recently started filming and Dannii is excited to work with Elle, who she revealed she was a big fan of as a youngster.
Another success: Minogue wrapped up as she headed back outside after launching the new collaboration between her company Project D and plus size brand Simply Be
She told the MailOnline at the Project D/Simply Be launch: 'Elle's great, I've met her from years ago in Australia.
'I was such a fan when I was little I remember running out and buying magazines because she was on the cover and I thought 'who is this girl? I want to know more about her.' So it's amazing saying to these new girls, people don't know you, you're not a supermodel but Elle had that power when she first started on a photoshoot, one cover.'
She then added about fellow judge Tyson Beckford: 'Tyson's great, he's fun and we all come from really really different angles - we don't always agree on stuff - I think it needs to be that way.
Picture perfect: The girls both told the MailOnline how excited they are about the new collaboration and the brand going from strength to strength
Home time: After a successful evening Dannii left with a big smile on her face
'Although I swore I wouldn't get sucked in to knowing the girls and I really thought I'd be able to stand back and be really objective but Tyson kind of pulls me back. We'll see what happens but I really get in there - I'm like the stage mum, I'm like: 'I want to help you.'
But most importantly she's happy to be back in England and spending time with her son Ethan, who will turn three in July.
This way Ms Minogue! Dannii is led into the building (and after last year she is taking her time with steps)
On being back in England Dannii said: 'It's good. Being in Australia and watching the olympics watching the jubilee and watching this amazing energy which is taking place here and then stepping back and coming back here with my baby boy.'
And she's now accustomed to juggling her fashion label, TV work and jet setting with being a full time mother: 'I guess it's normal for me because it's always been a juggle between flights and countries and work, some long days then three days off when you're doing nothing.
'So I have to remind myself even if I don't get home before he's going into bed then I get a couple of days with him which other mums don't get so it balances out. It's great to give him these experiences.'
How did I end up here? Dannii Minogue was seen sporting a bemused look on her face after tripping up on her dress and falling over at the launch of her latest collection for Project D
