The girls of the Big Brother house proved themselves to be tougher than the boys when they took on a torment task on Saturday night's show.
The women's team, which consisted of Claire Richards, Tricia Penrose, Gillian Taylforth led by Heidi Montag as team captain beat the men's team hands down, leaving Spencer speechless.
Razor Ruddock, Frankie Dettori, Rylan Clark and Ryan Monoley showed themselves up when they failed to remain calm when they were faced with various 'tortures'.

While the girls incurred five fails the boys conceded twice as many with a total of 10.
For the Keep Your Head Up task, Heidi and Spencer were called to the diary room where they are told they were team captains in the battle of the sexes.
The other housemates were in a separate room with only their heads visible above a black cover and the couple had to pick different torments to inflict upon the opposing team.

Heidi went first and opted for the tarantula as the first torment. The couple looks on in shock. Frankie flinches, meaning Spencer’s team incurred a fail.
Spencer then chose the hairdresser and the girls were subjected to gunge in their hair and Gillian was even subjected to having her hair cut. But the girls did not flinch.
Heidi quipped: 'These women are so tough'.

Next up for the boys was a fishmonger carrying a large fish which he decided to slap across their faces. This resulted in two fails for the boys’ team.Â
It seems Rylan developed a crush during that torment and he said: 'That bloke was well fit.'

Is that so scary? As well as being subjected to a spider and being slapped in the face with a fish the boys were tickled in the face with a balloon
The girls braced themselves and shut their eyes but they didn't give anything away.
Spencer is seriously impressed and asks Heidi: 'Did you cast these women from the SAS?'
He added: 'Are these women from the Special Forces!'

The last torment from the hit list sees a Dentist’s drill up in the girls’ faces, they do not flinch.
Big Brother revealed that the girls won the task with five fails and the boys lost with 10 fails.
Heidi cheered and learned that not only will Big Brother turn on the hot water on but the girls were awarded with a pamper hamper.
Spencer quipped: 'Those men don’t deserve hot water!Those girls are no joke.'
