He lost out on the gong for best actor but Damian Lewis and wife Helen McCrory were in the mood to celebrate or perhaps commiserate last night.
Carrying his goody bag from the awards ceremony and grasping on to his partner's hand, the Homeland actor was seen arriving at Chateau Marmont for an after-party.
The 41-year-old and Helen emerged in the early hours of the morning after celebrating with friends, but he appeared to have left his swag bag behind.

Instead Damian had put his tuxedo jacket coat around the shoulders of his wife and the pair were seen heading for home.
It seems that the actor had decided to leave the Buddha bag beach bag filled with products including items by Coty Beauty Inc, L’Oréal Paris and Peanut Butter & Co, behind and given the size it's not hard to see why.
The couple weren't the only ones to attend the after-party bash at the famous LA haunt, Ben Affleck, Amanda Seyfried and Hugh Jackman also popped in.

While Damian didn't make it on stage to perform an acceptance speech he did appear to present Tina Fey with her award for best actress in a comedy series.
Helen was dressed to impress in a canary yellow gown with a black bow waistband by Burberry for the awards ceremony.
The halter gown boasted a keyhole neckline and she teamed the dress with black satin pumps, also by Burberry for the occasion.
Damian also opted for the British designer for his smart black tuxedo.
