She's only just had her new bangs cut for real.

But it appears Kim Kardashian is already learning that while it might be fashionable, a fringe can be a pain to style.

The reality star neatly hid her trendy new hair beneath a side parting as she stepped out for the Stephane Rolland Fashion Show in Paris on Tuesday.

Kim teamed the striking hair style with one of her favourite black and white outfits, complete with a handy fur, which the pregnant star clutched in front of her growing bump.

Kim tweeted a picture of the flowing gowns on the catwalk, writing 'What an amazing Stephane Rolland show!!!!'

She is no stranger to the designer, having worn a selection of his couture looks for a cover shoot for Hia, an Arabian women's lifestyle magazine.

After a money-spinning promotional trip to the Ivory Coast in Africa, Kim wasted no time jetting to France to join her fashion-loving boyfriend Kanye West, who is in town for the shows.

Taking to her Twitter page she teased her fans: 'Date night in Paris.'

While Kim was earning money on her African adventure Kanye had been spotted sitting forlorn as he watched shows alone from a prized front row spot.

But with Kim in town things are sure to pick up for the rapper.

Kim, 32, and 35-year-old Kanye are both fans of the city, and have even flirted with the idea of moving to the French capital.

But for now at least the pair are putting down roots closer to Kim's family, having bought and begun the renovations of a luxury $ 11million Mediterranean style villa in Bel Air.
