Many of her celebrity contemporaries would have been nursing a hangover on Thursday following the National Television Awards the previous night.

However, Helen Flanagan had no such excuse for feeling less-than-stellar as she left London.

Despite accepting the award for Best Entertainment Show for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, she ducked back to her hotel early, complaining she didn't feel well.

Not feeling too good: The 22-year-old looked like she wasn't in the mood to be photographed

Spotted picking up her luggage from the Athenaeum Hotel in Mayfair and heading for her train back to Manchester on Thursday evening, it appeared Helen was still a little weary.

Following her early night, it appeared sleep hadn't done Helen any good given her Twitter statuses throughout Thursday.

She wrote: 'Feel a bit rubbish god knows why im so tired snore off Hels x can't open my eye balls.

Only the best will do: Helen was carrying her Louis Vuitton luggage and walking in her Christian Louboutin over-the-knee boots

'Got a meeting and I look like a sleepy troll.'

Helen had come down to London especially to attend the NTAs at the O2 Arena and looked suitably glam in a Dolce & Gabbana dress.

She and former I'm A Celebrity campmate Ashley Roberts both went on stage together to accept the Best Entertainment Show accolade.

However, Helen admitted suffering from a bit of stage fright and let Ashley do most of the talking.

She tweeted: 'I didn't feel well so i came back after we collected the award so happy we won :).

'I was really shy I nearly missed the awards and didn't expect me to be up there first award.'
