She was attending a morning premiere of her new animation film, Escape From Planet Earth.
And Jessica Alba certainly looked as though she had had her eight hours sleep as she hit the red-carpet at Grauman's Chinese Theatre for the event on Saturday.
The 31-year-old looked fresh and perky as she arrived wearing an elegant red dress featuring black lace floral overlay.

The attire was the epitome of elegance and Jessica paired the chic ensemble with demure black stockings, a pair of kitten heels and leather shoulder bag.
The actress was joined by several other A-listers at the premiere, including Glee star Jane Lynch, who also voices a character in the animation.
Family man Hugh Jackman was also in attendance, posing alongside Jessica for several pictures.

Teenage star Bella Thorne injected some colour by gracing the red-carpet in a orange satin dress featuring an asymmetrical hem.
The 15-year-old's attire complemented her red locks perfectly and she accessorised with some equally bold and colourful footwear.

Escape from Planet Earth is an upcoming 3D computer animated family film produced by Rainmaker Entertainment, and directed by Cal Brunker.
In the film Astronaut Scorch Supernova finds himself caught in a trap when he responds to an SOS from a notoriously dangerous alien planet.
Jessica lends her voice to the character of Lena, a BASA's no-nonsense chief.

The actress is also set to star in two other films, including Machete Kills and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
While Jessica confirmed some time ago that she will be returning for Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, she recently revealed that this time her role will involve a lot more dancing.
Her character Nancy Callahan is an exotic dancer, and her routine from the first film has remained memorable for many fans.
Speaking about reprising her role, she said: âI had to learn a bunch of dance sequences for it,
âI do a lot more dancing in this one. It was kind of crazy. It was very, very difficult, and you'll see why.â
