She's lost a staggering four stone in just over six months and Josie Gibson has shown off the full extent of her weight loss by posing up with an image of her old self.
The 27-year-old pulled the stunt outside ITV studios this afternoon, shortly after appearing on the popular ITV panel show, Loose Women.
Wearing a figure-hugging blue bandage dress by Celeb Boutique, the former Big Brother contestant held up a cardboard cut out of herself in a pink bikini, pictured before the weight loss.

The Josie of old is virtually unrecognisable from her super-slim reinvented self.
The former reality star appeared on the chat show to help promote her new fitness DVD 30-Second slim.
After shifting the weight throughout last year, Josie insists that she will never go back to her old ways and has vowed never to overindulge again.

Speaking about her weight loss in an interview recently, the one-time former sales rep who won the eleventh series of Big Brother in 2010 said: 'Its taken me over six months to lose nearly 4st and I couldn't be prouder of myself'.
'In fact, from now on you'll probably be confusing me with Miranda Kerr. Kind of. I'll honestly never be fat again'.
Josie is well known for her erratic dieting, having lost and gained weight numerous times over the past few years.

She previously said: 'before I lost weight I was nearly size 20 and my only exercise was partying.
'I've tried all the diets - I did the Cambridge Diet and lasted from the meeting until I got home!
'They gave me all the bits and pieces but I ate a week's worth of food on the spot, then stopped for a kebab.'
