She shed four stone in six months last year and has since released a fitness DVD.
And the hard work has certainly paid off for 28-year-old Josie Gibson.
The former Big Brother winner looked stunning in a shimmering gold dress at a Pia Michi charity ball in London on Monday night.

Josie beamed with pride as she arrived at the event at the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair and posed in the foyer to show of her much slimmer figure.
Her floor-length glittering gown reflected off the polished marble tiles on the floor.
And Josie looked every inch a star as she flashed a winning smile and wore her blonde hair up on her head.

Her dress showed off her back with just two straps covering her bare skin and she completed her look by wearing a simple pair of silver earrings.
Josie weighed nearly 17 stone when she left the Big Brother house in 2010 but has since worked hard to beat the bulge.
And the reality star blames an addiction to sugar for causing her to put on weight and says her craving for the substance was like needing heroin.

Speaking on Daybreak recently, she said: 'Being a sugar addict was like being addicted to heroin, but heroin being everywhere. Sugar is everywhere.
'Imagine going into a petrol station and heroin being everywhere.'
She added: 'I didn't realise, I was going to the supermarket and buying stuff with no fat but not realising it was full of sugar.

'Sugar is a drug and when you have it you're on a high and want more. But when you come down it makes you want more.'
Josie, who was joined at the event by a host of other stars including The Only Way Is Essex cast member Lucy Mecklenburgh and actress Patsy Kensit, also blames her former weight on emotional problems.
She said: 'My diet had a lot to do with causing emotional issues, I was so depressed that I couldn't sleep properly. But exercise broke the whole habit.

'Before I lost weight I was nearly size 20 and my only exercise was partying.
'I've tried all the diets - I did the Cambridge Diet and lasted from the meeting until I got home!
'They gave me all the bits and pieces but I ate a week's worth of food on the spot, then stopped for a kebab.'
