It's hard to believe that it was 20 years ago when Nicole Eggert was running down the beach, in gratuitous slow motion footage, as a lifeguard on Baywatch.
Now, two decades on, the actress is ready to dive back into the spotlight as a contestant on upcoming ABC reality show Splash, which starts on March 19.
In recent years Nicole has struggled with her figure having gained a considerable amount of weight since her svelte turn as lifeguard Roberta 'Summer' Quinn between 1992 and 1994.

But the 41-year-old mother-of-two, who was once engaged to the late Corey Haim, has been fighting fit over recent months.
In newly-released official portraits of the 10 Splash contestants, Eggert is back in a low-cut red swimsuit in a clear nod to her Baywatch alter ego.
Standing by a pool with perfectly set hair and make-up, she looks in great shape having lost an impressive number of pounds while training for the celebrity diving contest.

The other three females taking part are former glamour model Kendra Wilkinson, Miss Alabama USA 2012 winner Katherine Webb and former Cosby Show child star Keshia Knight Pulliam.
Leading the way for the boy are Drake Bell, who voiced Spider-Man in the animated Disney TV series, NFL star Ndamukong Suh and extreme skier Rory Bushfield.
